Her experience is supported by a proven track record of success in growing other companies and eventually, her and Doug Sanders decided to start a company of their own. Her journey has been defined by a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth, allowing her to contribute effectively with dynamic teams and ambitious projects. Known for her commitment to quality, teamwork, and client satisfaction, Ashlie has successfully led complex, high-profile builds across a wide range of commercial sectors throughout the United States. Her journey through the industry has been shaped by strong guidance, hard work, and a passion for delivering excellence from the ground up. Outside the job site, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and relaxing at the beach whenever she gets the chance.

Chris is a results-driven operations professional with deep roots in construction management, leadership, project delivery, and continuous improvement. With over 20 years of experience, he has managed large-scale projects in construction, oil & gas, and higher education sectors.

Chris’s background includes hands-on leadership in commercial construction, reliability engineering, and operations. He has successfully overseen multimillion-dollar projects, streamlined supply chains, and implemented process & technology improvements that drive efficiency and safety on projects. Chris utilizes his years of leadership experience to motivate teams and optimize quality. His certifications in Lean Six Sigma, OSHA 30, root cause analysis, and Cause Mapping support his commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
